A collaboration between a major artist and an emerging poet, this collection examines the creative process as the paintings and poems interact with one another and enhance the artistic experience. While attempting to present the works in a clear and cold manner, this compilation expresses a sense of doubt through the art forms and their subjects.

Author Biography

Dan Burt is an honorary Fellow of St. John’s College, Cambridge, and the author of Searched for Text. Paul Hodgson is an artist who works with photography, print, and digital media. In 2006, he produced a series of works for an exhibition at the Imperial War Museum London, commemorating the 90th anniversary of the Battle of the Somme.
