Author Biography
Henry Reed is best known for his widely anthologized World War II poem, "Naming of Parts." He also wrote numerous radio plays for the BBC and was a translator of Italian literature into English. He is the author of The Map of Verona. Jon Stallworthy is a fellow of the British Academy, the Royal Society of Literature, and is a professor of English literature at Oxford University. He is the author of numerous books, including a biography of Louis MacNeice, and the editor of Wilfred Owen's Complete Poems and Fragments and several poetry anthologies.
